Amount and Points Policy

Thank you for partnering with us at Cielloria. Our Amount and Points Program is designed to reward our customers(members) for their engagement and contributions. By registering as a partner, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the accumulation, redemption, assigning and usage of points.
1. Assigning and Earning Points
- Points are awarded based on the value of purchases, actions, or contributions as outlined by the Cielloria program.
- For every qualifying purchase or activity, partners will assign points at the rate of [insert rate, e.g., 1 point for every 1 euro spent].
- At Cielloria, extra points may be awarded for activities such as:
- Successful transactions
- Product purchases
- Referrals
- Engagement with promotions or events

2. Redeeming Points
- Points can be redeemed for exclusive collectibles, rewards, or special offers available through the Cielloria platform.
- The number of points required for a specific reward will be clearly indicated on the product or offer page.
- Rewards are subject to availability, and Cielloria reserves the right to modify or discontinue rewards at any time without prior notice.
- Points redemption cannot be combined with other discounts or offers unless specified.
3. Expiration of Points
- Points will remain valid for a period of 12 months from the date they are earned, unless otherwise specified.
- Unused points will expire after the validity period and cannot be reinstated.
- Points may also be forfeited if the partner account is closed, suspended, or if there is any violation of Cielloria’s terms and conditions.
4. Transfer and Sharing of Points
- Points are non-transferable and cannot be shared between accounts unless explicitly stated by Cielloria.
- Partners and customers may not sell or exchange points for cash or any other form of currency.
5. Adjustments to Points
- Cielloria reserves the right to make adjustments to points balances in cases of returns, cancellations, or suspected fraudulent activity.
- In case of disputes, Cielloria’s decision will be final regarding the points balance.
6. Termination of Points Program
- Cielloria reserves the right to terminate, modify, or suspend the Amount and Points Program at any time without prior notice.
- In the event of program termination, any unredeemed points may be forfeited, and partners will be notified accordingly.
7. Partner Responsibilities
- Partners are responsible for ensuring their account information is accurate and up to date.
- It is the partner’s responsibility to monitor their points balance and to notify Cielloria of any discrepancies or issues.
8. Acceptance of Terms
- By registering as a partner or customer, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this Amount and Points Policy.
- Cielloria reserves the right to update or change this policy at any time. Partners will be notified of any changes through email or through updates on the website.
